Best Friends

So... this is the first week that I didn't find time to draw something new. Instead, here's something I drew shortly before I started my blog. It was inspired by the then-current theme of "Best Friends" on Threadless.

I figure every kid wanted their own dragon at some point. At least in the Harry Potter generation anyway.

Last Night

A few months ago I submitted my first Threadless design.  I've been wanting to make another one recently, so this week I decided to work on a blog entry/t-shirt design in tandem.

These sheep are inspired by Threadless' most recent theme of "Last Night."  I might clean them up a bit before I submit it, but here they are as of today.

Ode to Hermie

The first pet I remember having (though I could be wrong, given my horrible memory) was a hermit crab named Hermie. I don't remember too much about him, so I took some liberities with his portrait.  With all those little legs, he probably looked a lot creepier than this picture turned out.

Bunny Escape

I visited the Magic Castle this past weekend to celebrate my sister's birthday.  There were quite a few fun magic tricks (my sister was even levitated on a table at one point,) but the evening was missing the classic rabbit-in-a-hat.

Maybe they all escaped before the show?
